Requirements

Candidates should have 2-5 years of field marketing, territory sales, or brand-ambassador experience in legal cannabis or regulated retail, familiarity with dispensary tech stacks, proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM, and the ability to travel 75%+ within assigned territory with a valid driver’s license. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills are also required, along with knowledge of state compliance rules.

Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Representative will strategically map weekly routes and perform drop-in visits to 25+ dispensaries per week, logging every touchpoint in HubSpot and ensuring CRM hygiene. They will coordinate regional events, activate partnerships, and capture qualified contacts for Account Executives, booking qualified product demos and converting interest into pipeline. The FMR will also leverage dashboard insights to optimize field plans, relay field intelligence to Sales, Product, and RevOps, and represent Sweed’s brand promise in every interaction, distributing compliant collateral and ensuring positive experiences for dispensary stakeholders.
