Founded in 2018, Sweed has a remote team of approximately 200 employees serving clients across the U.S. and internationally.
Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, the FMR is responsible for driving Sweed’s door-count and ARR goals. This role focuses on territory coverage (initially Nevada) through dispensary visits, regional event activation, and converting interest into qualified demos for Account Executives. Success is measured by scheduled demos, qualified opportunities, and contributions to closed deals, with rewards tied to a commission plan.
