A minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical affairs role, particularly with cell therapies or stem cell transplantation, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
The Medical Science Liaison will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers, serving as a critical link between Orca Bio and external stakeholders. They will prepare and manage a territory management plan, engage with the Orca Pod field team, and develop a deep understanding of relevant studies and diseases. The MSL will actively assess the medical landscape through meetings with thought leaders, facilitating compliant scientific exchange, and ensuring patients have access to Orca Bio medicines for safe and appropriate use.
