Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience OR 6+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas and metrics through direct promotion and sale of Baxter’s pharmacy portfolio (generic injectables, ready-to-use injectable premixes, and oncology products).
  • Call on current and prospective hospital customers, primarily within the pharmacy department.
  • Provide effective sales presentations, technical product information, and manage customer contracts and prices.
  • Support new product launches.
  • Monitor sales against forecasts and implement sales strategies to attain assigned sales volume.
  • Participate in the determination of market potential for the territory.
  • Work closely with the regional manager, customer service, and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customer feedback to sales and marketing for potential product development and marketing strategy.
  • Promote the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities.
