Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields is required, with an MBA being a plus. Responsibilities

The Product Manager will own the Healthcare Platform vision, defining and executing the roadmap for core platform improvements that support vertical-specific workflows and enable custom configurations. They will identify opportunities to enhance optimization, customer, and driver experiences, and solve complex operational workflows by understanding vertical nuances like regulatory needs and routing logic. This role involves driving cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, AI, and data science teams, partnering with sales and operations to ensure platform changes drive measurable customer outcomes, and building for scale and reuse by designing systems that can be extended across new healthcare segments and laying the foundation for future integrations.
