Candidates should possess post-secondary education in healthcare or a regulated health professional designation, with at least 5 years of experience in long-term and post-acute care settings providing consulting services for clinical, financial, or business development/marketing departments. Experience implementing or using PointClickCare or similar applications in market settings is required, along with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing client needs. A Master's degree and experience in a software support and consulting environment are preferred.
The Senior Solutions Consultant will provide subject matter expertise to support strategic objectives, conduct current state process and opportunity assessments, and offer strategic technology insights. They will act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, understanding their challenges and demonstrating solution value, while capturing feedback for product development. This role involves collaborating with Product Management, leading in-depth analysis of customer processes, recommending improvements, and acting as a change agent for customer-centric approaches. Responsibilities also include developing and executing market-specific programs, assessing customer organizational change management needs, consulting with sales and customer success teams, and mentoring team members.
