As part of the Solutions Architecture team, the Senior Solutions Consultant will provide subject matter expertise that directly supports PointClickCare's strategic objectives in the market. As a custodian of best practices, the Senior Solutions Consultant provides current state process assessments, opportunity assessments, and strategic technology insights that are in-line with supporting customers to market best practice processes. The Senior Solution Consultant will be diligent, customer centric, agile, transparent, and a strong communicator. This individual will build relationships with strategic customers and internal teams to become the trusted advisor on how to leverage product development, process improvement, align people, and leverage tools to achieve desired business goals. The successful candidate will lead an in-depth analysis of the customers’ existing business or clinical processes and provide recommendations to cross-functional teams to support our goals in the market. The Senior Solutions Consultant will be a change agent for our internal transformation to a customer centric process and approach for engagements.
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $144,000 - $160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
