The role of Consultant Relations (CR) National Vice President (Director) is passionate about shaping what the future of digital health will look like via CR Strategy and the benefits consultant channel. This role aligns with a team on the forefront of forging impactful strategic partnerships and initiatives across a variety of healthcare verticals.

The National Vice President of Consultant Relations is responsible for:

  • Consultant Relations overall strategy execution
  • Management of CR Account Executives
  • CR Firm-specific strategies
  • Consultant engagement
  • By-firm business development strategies

In addition, this role will:

  • Lead the CR team on day-to-day cross functional collaboration
  • Lead all aspects of CR data infrastructure
  • Support the professional development of the CR team

About You

  • Have at least 10 years of combined experience in Population Health or Health Care Consulting, Benefits Consulting Business Development and strategy development.
  • Clear illustration of ability to lead strategy and teams to deliver results.
  • Healthcare/digital health/wellbeing experience.
  • Passion for finding new ways in which Omada can partner with leading consultant firm organizations to expand our overall impact.
  • Ability to lead the CR team in creation and execution of strategic plans overall for CR and by consulting practice/brokerages.
  • Desire and ability to work with Omada’s sales, payer, customer success, marketing, clinical, finance, legal and other cross functional leadership.
  • Ability to work with outside consultant firms and other channel partners.
  • Ability to understand, manage, and analyze key data and metrics to assess overall impact of benefits consultant channel.
  • Strong business skills including understanding of health care pricing methodologies (digital health, medical, PBM/Rx, etc.) and contracting to support BC channel partnerships and sales growth.
  • Ability to influence product enhancements/solutions/value propositions based on market trends/direction & priorities.
  • Strategic relationship management skills spanning numerous consultant stakeholders & decision makers.
  • Understand trends in the market and translate to lead CR team strategy and engagement with benefit consultant to enhance and broaden relationships.
  • Ongoing personal and CR team professional development associated with keeping abreast of healthcare industry, enhances team understanding of financial models/pricing, contracting, and network management.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Strong presentation development and presenting skills.
  • Detail oriented and can communicate effectively across all levels internally and externally.

Your Impact

Support Development of CR Strategy, Strategy Execution & CR Insights & Innovations

  • Develop and execute on Omada’s overall Business Development strategy (with specific focus on additional new potential revenue opportunities and developing consultant relationships) along with leading the CR team on consultant firm specific strategies and initiatives.
  • Execute and lead the team on aligning to a sales approach that is congruent with company expectations, decks, collateral, and other assets used during the consultant relationship / business development process.
  • Lead the CR team to support sales, account teams and other internal stakeholders (cross functional leadership, marketing, clinical, product, legal, pricing, etc.) in building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants to improve sales and retention efforts.
  • Serve as CR leadership internally for B2B Marketing initiatives and influence effective communication approach and marketing initiatives for the consultant relations strategy and consultant audience.
