Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant will lead the evolution of the implementation methodology, ensuring consultants achieve certification goals. They will lead customers in implementing well-designed workforce management solutions to streamline operational efficiency, configure Legion products according to blueprints, and provide configuration reviews and knowledge transfers. Responsibilities include assisting customers with software testing and roll-out activities, delivering live customer training, leading discussions and workshops, overseeing configuration documents, and managing customer expectations. The role involves working with internal teams to meet implementation timelines and SLAs, advocating for customer needs, and preventing scope creep. Additionally, consultants will provide leading practices to maximize solution value, acquire knowledge about customers and solutions, and maintain product expertise, including reporting bugs and enhancements.
