Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in training, operations, or learning & development, preferably within logistics, robotics, or technology sectors. A proven understanding of OSHA general industry standards (29 CFR 1910) and a strong track record of designing and delivering both classroom-based and virtual training programs are required. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Training Manager will design, implement, and manage operational training programs focusing on excellence, safety, and compliance for all operations staff. This includes developing onboarding, refresher, and upskilling curricula using various learning methods. The role involves creating and maintaining SOPs and training manuals, ensuring training aligns with technological advancements and regulations, and implementing required safety training. Responsibilities also include monitoring training effectiveness, identifying skills gaps, partnering with leadership on solutions, and serving as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, and HR. Additionally, the manager will train and mentor field trainers and champion a safety-first culture.
