Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on robotic systems and complex software environments. Motion planning experience is required, including writing motion planning algorithms. Backend experience covering project completion is essential. Algorithmic focus and ROS/Moveit2 experience are preferred. Experience with Node.js, Python, C++, Docker, and Github Actions is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will implement core functionality for the motion planning service, identify and drive high-impact technical projects in robotic manipulation, and advise leadership on technical decisions and strategy. They will also mentor other engineers on best practices and motion planning concepts.
