Requirements

Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, consulting services, or technical training. Demonstrated success marketing professional services, technical trainings, or similar high-consideration offerings is required, along with strong writing and content development skills. Familiarity with integrated campaign planning, including event promotion, email nurtures, and demand generation tactics is necessary. The ability to work cross-functionally with technical and sales teams, operate independently in a fast-moving environment with minimal direction, and a passion for cybersecurity are essential. Preferred qualifications include understanding adversary simulation, identity security, or offensive security concepts, and experience marketing to technical practitioners or business buyers.

Responsibilities

The Services and Training Marketing Manager will drive awareness, demand, and brand credibility by marketing SpecterOps’ training and security services. This includes driving the positioning and messaging of training offerings, leading campaigns and content to increase demand, and developing compelling messaging and reports. The role also involves developing marketing strategies and content for offensive and product-based services, creating service positioning and customer stories, and supporting the go-to-market strategy for new services. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to build integrated campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and represent the voice of the practitioner and buyer in marketing materials.
