Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in quantitative majors such as finance, real estate, or economics is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Experience and/or knowledge in Property Management Software, such as MRI or One-Site, is a plus. Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills are necessary. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple deadlines and tasks while maintaining efficiency and control over assigned projects are essential.

Responsibilities

The Operations Specialist will provide administrative support to senior-level management responsible for community management and performance. This includes performing tasks in administrative support, research, analysis, marketing, and financials. Responsibilities include providing ongoing support to assigned senior-level managers, collecting and reviewing historical income and expense information, interfacing with clients to facilitate understanding of property performance, gathering and analyzing market information, leading and managing internal projects, preparing necessary materials, preparing accurate and timely property reports, answering and directing resident calls, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role may also involve other duties as assigned and may require up to 10% travel annually.
