Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in customer relationship management, knowledge of early mobilization and pressure ulcer prevention/therapy, the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, sales and upselling skills, training and onboarding experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand and address customer needs.

Responsibilities

The Therapy Specialist will manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty, serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, identify opportunities to expand sales of products and services to existing customers, proactively suggest additional products or services tailored to customer needs and goals, develop and implement strategies to retain key accounts, reduce churn, and renew contracts, resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, organize and conduct product training and workshops, leverage existing relationships to introduce new offerings, conduct sales conversations tailored to customer needs, and conduct regular check-ins with customers to review performance and gather feedback.
