  • Description: Baxter is seeking a Therapy Specialist (m/w/d) within the Patient Support Systems (PSS) area to focus on early mobilization and pressure ulcer prevention and therapy. The role involves nurturing existing customer relationships, maximizing sales, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This position will contribute to regional strategies and support sales and rental product introductions, with a focus on therapeutic conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of sales of products and services to existing customers.
  • Proactively suggest additional products or services tailored to customer needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain key accounts, reduce churn, and renew contracts.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to prevent dissatisfaction.
  • Organize and conduct product training and workshops according to contractual specifications and in line with the PSS business strategy.
  • Leverage existing relationships to introduce new offerings, upgrades, or complementary products.
  • Conduct sales conversations tailored to the evolving needs of the customer.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to review performance, gather feedback, and discuss potential changes in their needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, plan sales activities, and forecast sales in Sales Force.
