The Partner Program Coordinator will create a smooth onboarding experience for new partners by managing communications and coordinating initial setup. Responsibilities include managing access setup and resolving access issues across internal tools, streamlining and scaling core partner program processes, and building reports and dashboards on partner activity. The role also involves managing partner-related layouts and configurations in Salesforce, tracking partner certifications, supporting partner contract renewals, assisting with due diligence processes, and maintaining clean records of partner access and entitlements.
