Responsibilities

The Customer Care Advocate will provide outstanding call experiences to patients and providers, educating and supporting them through the device wear process. They will act as a liaison between patients and the business to ensure requests are completed with sensitivity and urgency, while meeting compliance and regulatory expectations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting product and service issues, responding to inquiries, completing daily tasks, providing information verbally and in writing, maintaining positive relationships, ensuring CRM compliance, managing tickets and emails in a timely fashion, and performing inbound and outbound calls. The role also involves managing meetings and training in a Zoom environment on camera.
