Candidates should possess a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the Environmental Field, strong technical expertise with an extensive understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. A minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role is required, along with a valid Driver’s License and the ability to meet with clients and attend industry events. An equivalent combination of education and 5 years of relevant waste or industry experience is also acceptable.
The Territory Sales Executive will build and maintain a successful sales funnel, seek opportunities with prospect accounts related to the company’s full suite of environmental solutions, ensure revenue expansion with existing accounts, create and communicate account plans for top accounts, utilize CRM to schedule and document activities, develop robust customer profiles, maintain awareness of market behavior and competitive trends, and complete required paperwork and reports. They will also regularly meet with clients, introduce service offerings, discover expansion opportunities, maintain revenue relationships, develop risk ratings and retention plans, and travel weekly with potential overnight travel as needed, performing other job-related duties as assigned.
