The Territory Manager will drive Roofr's partner enablement program across North America, owning existing branch relationships and enabling their sales representatives. Responsibilities include managing partner growth through engagement and training programs, serving as the primary contact for partners, planning and forecasting to meet objectives, organizing community events, and providing product updates. The role also involves regular travel to partner sites and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and define priorities.
