Technical Support Engineer

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and ideally have 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Technical Support Engineer will take ownership of customer issues, follow up on their status, and escalate problems to the appropriate workgroups on behalf of the customer. They will proactively manage service levels, address urgent issues, handle major incidents by coordinating with multiple teams, and work closely with developers to resolve complex technical problems. Additionally, they will translate user feedback into requirements, collaborate with the engineering team, and craft user-facing communication and documentation to improve product quality and enhance the customer experience.
