Requirements

Candidates should have at least two years of experience with compliance, fundraising, and/or email tools for political campaigns, unions, or nonprofits. Experience with Bonterra's Fundraising & Engagement tools, EveryAction, Salsa, NGP8, VAN, or VoteBuilder is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong critical thinking, logical problem-solving abilities, a professional phone manner, patience, self-motivation, a demonstrated work ethic, and attention to detail are essential. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is needed, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, ZenDesk, Intercom, Five9, or Vonage, as well as proficiency in HTML/CSS or SQL, is advantageous. Previous experience in teaching or training is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The EA-Client Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries professionally and swiftly. They will identify and escalate technical issues to internal teams with attention to detail and ensure timely ticket escalation. The role involves cultivating collaborative relationships within the support team and across departments, demonstrating a passion for Bonterra Tech, and possessing strong technological aptitude. The specialist will collaborate with various organizations seeking assistance and exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
