The Technical Support Engineer will answer technical support questions, assist customers with setting up OneSignal SDKs for various platforms, and troubleshoot general and technical issues. Responsibilities include testing REST API endpoints, evaluating crash logs, collaborating with stakeholders to fix bugs, and responding to issues on WordPress and GitHub. The role also involves maintaining the knowledge base, creating technical documentation and video tutorials, building example code, assisting with demos and onboarding, providing customer feedback to product and engineering teams, driving positive reviews, and training customers to improve retention.
