Candidates must possess 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, demonstrating proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, Go, or PowerShell, along with a solid understanding of database design and management, including experience with MySQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and tools like AWS CLI, AWS KMS, Azure DevOps, and GCP Secret Manager is required, as is a strong understanding of security practices and encryption principles. Applicants must also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a proven ability to work effectively in an agile development environment, experience with writing and maintaining open source code, and strong documentation skills. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary, and due to the role’s involvement with GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person.
As a Senior Software Engineer, the individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable solutions for Keeper’s SDKs and integrations, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement software solutions for Keeper’s Developer Tools. They will prioritize, plan, and manage multiple concurrent projects, write clean and well-documented code, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. The role also involves resolving issues to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the developed software, continuously updating knowledge of emerging technologies, and maintaining comprehensive documentation while contributing to managing open source projects. Finally, the Senior Software Engineer will collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams across the organization.
