The Technical Support Engineer should have experience supporting customers via emailed support tickets and video conference calls. Prior experience with Zendesk is preferred. Familiarity with debugging code and troubleshooting integration compatibility issues is also beneficial.
The Technical Support Engineer will work directly with Chartbeat and Tubular Labs customers to answer product questions and resolve technical issues. Responsibilities include responding to support tickets, assisting with sign-in problems, explaining product usage, debugging client code, and troubleshooting integration compatibility issues between Chartbeat/Tubular technology and client platforms.
