As a Production Support Analyst, you will analyze, research, and resolve customer support issues, utilizing technical and business acumen. You will provide second-tier user assistance by triaging requests, escalating issues, and conducting follow-ups to ensure timely resolution. The role involves proactively monitoring platform functionality, developing and contributing to the knowledge repository, and participating in the creation and improvement of production support procedures with an emphasis on process automation. Effective communication with users across various channels, including meetings, calls, emails, and live messaging, is crucial, along with a prompt and helpful approach.
