High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of relevant work experience in textile care or related industrial environment or 2 years technical support experience
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
Bilingual, French/English
Willingness and ability to provide emergency customer support (nights/weekends), as needed
Valid driver’s license & acceptable motor vehicle record
Able to travel to the US for training/meetings

Preferred Qualifications
Vocational/Technical Post-Secondary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
1 year of applied mechanical problem solving experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trouble shooting experience)
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence customers and build trust
Previous chemical sales experience, commercial laundry industry/operations, or plant management experience

Responsibilities

Leverage your technical aptitude as you troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems
Provide extensive hands-on product and solution training
Partner with plant managers and other key personnel to understand their operations and laundry challenges
Cultivate long-term relationships that will lead to increased sales
Develop strategic work plans for completing sales and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers
Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative laundry products and chemicals, processes & programs to increase your customers operating efficiencies
