The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing superior customer service over the phone by responding to requests, anticipating needs, and educating them on financial hardship programs. They will analyze client problems, provide timely and efficient solutions, and handle difficult calls courteously and professionally. Responsibilities include documenting request outcomes, independently resolving client requests, maintaining positive client relations, coordinating with other departments, and operating a desktop computer to manage client accounts in the CRM database. The role involves handling a high volume of clients in a remote call center environment.
