About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across both technical and operational pipelines. This role requires significant collaboration in a remote environment. Success in this position depends on a solid understanding of sourcing strategies, experience partnering with hiring managers, and the ability to create efficient recruitment pipelines using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Lead hiring efforts and support sourcing strategies.
• Manage job postings, pipelines, and scorecards in Greenhouse.
• Assess and screen candidates for fit.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and track feedback.
• Communicate candidate next steps.
• Keep job postings current and active in recruiting systems.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Startup experience.
• Experience hiring software engineers.
• Experience working directly with hiring managers.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting.
• Strong Greenhouse (or ATS) experience.
• Clear and professional written communication.
• Experience supporting both tech and non-tech roles.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Growth mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing legal transcriptionists.
• Experience supporting onboarding.
• Experience sourcing contractors.
• Experience partnering with Senior Leaders.
• Experience using Slack.

Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000/year. The final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.
