Expertise in Boolean search and creative sourcing methods is required, along with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with the ATS platform Lever. Startup or high-growth environment experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
The Technical Sourcer will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and target candidate profiles. They will proactively source candidates using various channels, deliver high-quality candidate lists to recruiters and hiring managers, and track outreach activity and pipeline progress in the ATS. Additionally, they will share market insights and sourcing strategies to refine search parameters.
