Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or related business field, along with 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience with background check management, onboarding, and processing TA-related transactions is required, as well as self-starter initiative, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience. Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage end-to-end background check processes using the Sterling platform, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws and employment regulations. They will collaborate with the Global Security team to assess and process adverse findings, monitor and track background check completion metrics, and ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication. The role also involves serving as a subject matter expert for Talent processes, exercising judgment within defined procedures, and assisting with other projects as assigned.
