  • 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including in-house experience
  • A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Proven abilities to attract passive top 1% talent, particularly senior candidates
  • An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; you enjoy making sense of trends and using insights to improve processes and efficiency
  • A growth mindset and flexibility – the ability to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (common in a fast-growing startup)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with technical leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics and report on progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
  • Proactively manage the entire candidate lifecycle from source to close, providing an exceptional white-glove experience for each candidate and hiring manager
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
