Requirements

Candidates should have 5 years of technical recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, and a passion for helping companies scale. A business consultant approach to partnering with hiring managers, a creative and open-minded approach to new projects, and a keen attention to detail are essential. Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS, Hired or other technical sourcing platforms, ATS integrated scheduling platforms, and Google Suite is preferred. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Data Analytics, Product, and Design teams, as well as other business lines when needed. They will create a great candidate experience, negotiate offers, ensure high close rates and quality of hire, and verify technical competencies. The role involves challenging the status quo, providing suggestions for improvement, supporting the learning and development of hiring managers and recruitment team members, and inspiring others to act as recruiters for Omada.
