Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical roles in Delivery, R&D, or related functions
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage individual requisitions while leading a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets across Delivery and R&D
  • Own individual requisitions while ensuring consistent high-quality delivery against hiring needs
  • Set, monitor, and report on team performance metrics and drive accountability for meeting shared goals
  • Partner closely with Delivery and R&D leadership to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring priorities
  • Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles
  • Drive a data-driven recruiting culture, ensuring consistent use of metrics to track progress and improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with HR, People Ops, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position Turing as an employer of choice in the global talent market
