Responsibilities

  • Own Full-Cycle Recruiting for Technical Roles – Source, engage, and close top-tier talent across Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations
  • Be the go-to expert for all things technical recruiting – taking full ownership of hiring outcomes and constantly improving processes
  • Partner with Hiring Managers – Work closely with team leads across technical functions to understand needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and build high-quality pipelines
  • Drive Top-of-Funnel Strategy – Build proactive, scalable sourcing strategies to attract diverse and mission-aligned talent across technical disciplines
  • Refine Hiring Processes – Help design and iterate on interview loops and assessments that are rigorous, inclusive, and efficient
  • Track and Report on Hiring Metrics – Monitor key recruiting KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and report on pipeline health and time-to-fill
  • Champion Our Employer Brand – Represent Topline Pro with authenticity, enthusiasm, and technical credibility in every candidate interaction
  • Scale Recruiting Infrastructure – Build foundational systems, tools, and workflows that enable speed and quality as the technical team grows
