Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or systems delivery, preferably in SaaS, cloud-native, or data-intensive environments. Experience leading architecture-level discussions, infrastructure planning, and platform modernization programs is required. Familiarity with Agile practices and tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Rally, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, is necessary. PMP, CSM, or equivalent program/project management certifications are also required. Bonus qualifications include experience in regulated environments, knowledge of Generative AI trends, proficiency in financial portfolio management, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps, knowledge of data governance or streaming systems, and AWS Certifications.
The Technical Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and operationalization of programs involving cloud, data, security, and GenAI technologies. They will drive alignment across stakeholders, serve as the accountability anchor for end-to-end execution, and facilitate deep technical conversations regarding system architecture, data pipelines, infrastructure scalability, and generative AI model operations. Responsibilities also include translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and execution plans using Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery frameworks, identifying risks, managing dependencies, clearing execution blockers, and communicating status, trade-offs, and mitigation plans to senior leadership. Additionally, the role involves championing process optimization, tooling automation, and lean delivery practices to enhance team performance.
