Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, project, or program management, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred knowledge includes a track record of driving process improvement and/or change management, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical skills, and experience in healthcare technology. Familiarity with product development lifecycles, software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), and engineering processes is also desired, as is proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub.

Responsibilities

As the AI Technical Program Manager, you will drive the creation, tracking, and communication of strategic and achievable quarterly plans with all involved delivery teams, manage program operations and lead complex, multi-stakeholder project management, implement governance structures to manage risks and drive decision-making, and contribute to organization-wide initiatives to lessen operational burden of teams. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to align clear goals with overall business strategy, product strategy, and organizational goals, develop and implement plans that prioritize and organize initiatives based on business priorities, and facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will identify and manage risks, develop and implement control plans, evaluate and measure progress against KPIs, analyze data to surface opportunities, and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
