Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of program management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives, strong technical acumen, and experience coordinating programs that touch both hardware and software domains. Proven ability to thrive in high-growth or startup environments, comfort navigating ambiguity, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, infrastructure requirements, cost optimization, multi-region/multi-cloud deployment, performance optimization, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of technical programs, including hardware, software, and research efforts. They will define workstreams, set milestones, and coordinate execution across multiple teams, acting as the connective tissue between engineering, research, product, and operations. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving bottlenecks, diving deep into technical topics to manage risks, and building lightweight processes and tooling to support team scalability.
