This role involves driving new service opportunities within the AI Data Cloud, working with both customers and internal stakeholders. As a Senior Services Delivery Manager (Sr. SDM), you will be the overall Program Lead for a large customer, acting as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and/or Executive Sponsors. Your responsibilities will include crafting the vision, developing strategy, building a roadmap of use cases, creating program plans, proactively mitigating risks, and delivering customer value.
Responsibilities
- Act as a program management expert for Snowflake implementations and various project/services types, efficiently bringing together multi-threaded initiatives.
- Drive vision, strategy, use case identification, roadmapping, and risk/benefit analysis for the customer.
- Lead planning and execution of the program plan, collaborating with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Own the full value delivery lifecycle, ensuring program objectives are met with on-time, on-budget, and predictable delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, including those outside the contracted scope.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various workstream owners, fostering community, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timely communication.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customer C-Suite and/or Executive Sponsors to drive alignment on vision, strategy, and successful program delivery.
- Leverage and improve program management methodology, processes, tools, templates, and checklists.
- Champion customer outcomes and articulate program value through quantifiable metrics.
- Drive customer satisfaction, as measured by surveys, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Professional Services Practice Teams and Sales Account Teams to enable practice areas and support sales pursuits (scoping, estimating, proposal creation, delivery updates).
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing efforts.
- Identify and implement process improvements within both the customer and Snowflake.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a Program Manager role (or similar capacity) managing complex, technical implementation projects.
- Recent experience successfully delivering multi-million dollar complex data-related and/or cloud-based large Programs for a Fortune 500 customer.
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor to C-Suite or Executive Sponsors at Fortune 500 customers.
- Exceptional executive communication and relationship management skills across diverse stakeholders (customer, partners, internal teams).
- Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud fields.
- Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across design, engineering, marketing, advertising, and business development groups.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of articulating to both business and technical audiences, including senior executives at large enterprises.
