Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management for financial systems is required, including experience with Enterprise Financial Systems (ERP) such as Oracle Cloud, financial operations or accounting functions, and systems integration projects.

Responsibilities

This role involves partnering with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions, overseeing program delivery, and fostering task ownership. Responsibilities include acting as the liaison between business and technical teams, managing project communications and reporting, developing and leading the financial systems roadmap, coordinating the full project lifecycle, ensuring scalable solutions, championing process improvements, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with controls and standards, and identifying redundancies to drive simplification and standardization.
