Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, technical marketing, developer advocate, product evangelist, or sales engineering within a B2B SaaS environment, along with strong technical acumen to interpret technical documentation and demonstrate success in building and scaling competitive intelligence programs. A strong analytical and research skillset is also required, as is knowledge of AI and customer service technologies as a plus.

Responsibilities

The Technical Product Marketing Manager will lead technical positioning and messaging for Ada’s platform emphasizing product differentiators to technical audiences and executive buyers, translate product features into compelling value propositions, create compelling demos highlighting product capabilities, develop and manage a robust competitive intelligence program, deliver quarterly competitive landscape reports, and build and maintain battlecards, positioning guides, and objection-handling resources for sales teams, along with delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.
