Candidates should possess a solid technical foundation in software or infrastructure, including experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a proactive, self-driven mindset. Experience in Platform Engineering, Internal Developer Platforms, or the broader cloud-native ecosystem, as well as previous customer-facing technical experience, are considered a plus.
The Technical Customer Success Manager will act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and prospects, troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues hands-on. They will identify trends in customer challenges to improve processes, provide feedback to the Product team for roadmap development, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximize customer value. Additionally, they will share infrastructure knowledge and advocate for best practices related to Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud-native tooling.
