As a Technical Consultant at 360Learning, you will be responsible for enterprise client technical implementation, scoping custom technical consulting projects, building custom solutions, coordinating with the custom project product squad and delivering on those projects for our clients. You will work closely with our sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a technical consultant, software engineer, or similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Ability to adapt to your audience, flexibility in tackling a conversation with highly technical stakeholders, and reducing complexity to more common terms with less technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Within 1 Month:
- Become a Trello expert through our onboarding process.
- Understand our product offering through training.
- Master our platform.
- Master our integration possibilities (flat files, APIs).
Within 3 Months:
- Be onboarded as a PM of the custom project squad.
- Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and scope projects accordingly.
- Specify technical solutions to meet client needs, including customizations.
- Collaborate with our sales and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet client requirements.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Within 6 Months:
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
- Be able to support the team on difficult integrations & troubleshooting issues.
- Contribute to our knowledge base to share best practices and lessons learned.
- Work with our partner ecosystem to strengthen the services proposed to our clients.
Within 12 Months:
- Launch your first solution with a seamless customer implementation experience.
- Be recognized as a level 2 support by the EMEA PS team on all technical topics.
- Manage autonomously technical escalations.
- Build your OKR roadmap for year 2.
- Participate in client-facing meetings and presentations.
