Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, enterprise web technologies, and security. Excellent customer service, technical problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with professional fluency in English and a collaborative attitude. Ability to travel up to 25% is also required. Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical contact, onboard new customers, and ensure customer success through proactive health checks and product training. They will act as a customer advocate, engage with customers at all organizational levels, research and resolve technical issues, and escalate cases when necessary. Responsibilities also include leveraging internal expertise, creating knowledge base content, participating in technical communications, identifying renewal risks, supporting sales with expansion opportunities, and driving support case resolution.
