Candidates should be comfortable in various interpersonal conversations, demonstrating empathy and kindness when speaking with people in crisis, and being organized when interacting with attorneys. A commitment to helping others and a resourceful, team-player attitude in a startup environment are essential.
The Paralegal/Client Manager will drive client relationships and collaborate with attorneys on case strategy. They will shape evidence to win client cases and work with other teams at Atticus to improve client service. Additionally, they will redefine high-quality representation in disability proceedings and have opportunities for mentorship and career advancement within the company or support for further education.
