A background in Financial Services, Technology, or a related field is required, along with an understanding of financial institution processes, infrastructure, KPIs, and corporate financial priorities. Travel is also required.
The Technical Account Manager will partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to identify new opportunities and solutions for large financial services clients based on their specific requirements, business drivers, and technology needs. This involves supporting pre-sales activities, architecting solutions to drive new and expand existing revenue streams, developing strategic partnerships, delivering sales presentations and proposals, and communicating complex concepts and industry knowledge to support client goals. The role also includes identifying gaps and opportunities, articulating customer needs to improve Experian solutions, and maintaining and strengthening current partnerships.
