Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical contact for premium support customers, onboarding new clients to the CrowdStrike platforms. They will ensure customer success through proactive health checks, product training, and sharing best practices. This role involves acting as a customer advocate with internal stakeholders, engaging with customers at all organizational levels, and researching/resolving technical issues with timely action plans. The Technical Account Manager will also escalate issues when appropriate, maintain control of escalated cases, leverage internal expertise for solutions, and create knowledge base content. Additionally, they will participate in technical communications, identify renewal risks, collaborate on remediation, support sales in identifying expansion opportunities, and drive support cases to timely resolution.
