Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success and/or project management, specifically within the e-commerce industry. A solid understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and standards, including experience in onboarding and managing EDI implementations, is required. Proficiency in AI tooling or a willingness to learn quickly is also a key requirement, along with experience with X12 EDI documents such as 850, 855, 856, 810, and 846.

Responsibilities

The EDI On-boarding Customer Success Manager will act as the primary contact for customers throughout the onboarding process, guiding them through EDI testing and platform configuration. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Product, and Development teams to ensure smooth integration of customer EDI requirements and managing partners involved in outsourced EDI onboarding. Responsibilities also include developing customer relationships, providing strategic guidance, managing project timelines and deliverables, delivering training and support on the platform's EDI capabilities, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, the manager will serve as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to inform product development.
