Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, demonstrating a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise architecture. Experience with industrial digitalization, particularly within the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Energy sectors, is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
As a Technical Account Manager / Director, you will collaborate with central customer IT teams to align on a target architecture for Cognite Data Fusion within the enterprise, ensuring repeatable and scalable architecture across the organization. You will act as a technical advisor for top-tier customers, supporting them throughout the sales process and beyond, and working with Value Engineering to build value roadmaps. Additionally, you will assist Account Management in driving successful expansions and renewals, and contribute to adoption programs by working with Customer Enablement and Product Management to scale learnings and gather end-user feedback.
