Experience in directly and indirectly managing individual contributors to solve complex customer problems, developing new relationships, and driving business strategy in large organizations is required. Familiarity with security, fraud, privacy, identity, or biometric related industries, along with the ability to analyze data and understand technical systems, is also necessary.
The Account Director will manage the day-to-day operations and success of assigned enterprise clients, ensuring client goals are met through coordination with technical counterparts, customer support, product, and engineering teams. This role involves managing program expectations, tracking client metrics, demonstrating recurring value to expand solution usage, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include understanding customer businesses, advocating for client needs, guiding relationships towards impactful fraud protection measures, and fostering referenceable customer relationships.
