Requirements

Candidates should have 7 to 10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Customer Success Management, Account Management, or an equivalent role, with comfort in commercial conversations regarding service renewal and contract acumen. Experience in directly and indirectly managing individual contributors to solve complex customer problems, developing new relationships, and driving business strategy in large organizations is required. Familiarity with security, fraud, privacy, identity, or biometric related industries, along with the ability to analyze data and understand technical systems, is also necessary.
