Requirements

Responsibilities

The Global Account Director will establish and lead a 3+ year joint account strategy and roadmap, defining and building an effective joint governance model. They will develop and maintain strategic relationships with customer and Adobe executives, lead communications of business performance and value, and drive the adoption of Adobe products and innovations. Responsibilities include growing revenues across software, services, and support, leading and mentoring a global account team of over 20 people, and orchestrating the global account lifecycle. The role involves establishing an account-specific framework for co-innovation, coordinating critical customer-facing activities, and ideating with Adobe marketing functions to drive engagement and events.
