Responsibilities

They will troubleshoot technical challenges, act as a trusted advisor by sharing best practices and recommending features, and track account health metrics to proactively address risks. This role involves representing the customer's voice internally to shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, as well as defining and evolving the Technical Account Management function at Clerk.
