Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience in relevant product management roles, specifically as a Product Manager for developer tools, and demonstrate a developer's keen sense of product. They must have deep knowledge of how Supabase products function, including Realtime connection pooling and Postgres in a browser, and be comfortable diving into a wide array of products.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will assist product teams with prioritization, work closely with Sales, Success, and Support teams to identify and address customer problems, triage and distill feedback from various sources such as the dashboard, CLI, support tickets, GitHub, and Twitter, align the product roadmap with company goals, ensure product teams are aware of the top three priorities, spec out and drive cross-functional projects, help product teams develop and track metrics for acquisition, activation, and retention, dive into data to understand use cases and identify bottlenecks, operationalize feature launches and handle breaking changes, and collaborate with the Product Marketing team to communicate feature value and roadmap.
