Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Full Stack software development, proficiency in programming languages like Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, or Python, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and system architecture. Experience with SQL, relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), and LLMs programmatically is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required, along with strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will partner with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to build internal tooling for diagnosing and resolving customer issues. They will create systems for identifying root causes and implementing solutions at scale, owning the end-to-end delivery of features from conception to deployment. This role involves acting as a technical resource for escalated customer issues, uncovering root causes, and building lasting solutions to scale support infrastructure while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
